Thailand’s True and China’s GalaxySpace unite for LEO research

The Sri Lankan government will vote this week to change a law that will pave the way for SpaceX’s Starlink satellite connectivity service to deploy on the island, reported ET Telecom.

Satellite services provider Q-KON has expanded its partnership with Eutelsat OneWeb to deliver connectivity through what it calls Smart LEO networks, tailored to reach remote locations in sub-Saharan Africa.

Telecom Namibia says it has restored the satellite feed for its Satlink VSAT platform after it lost connectivity in October following the failure of Intelsat’s IS-33e satellite in October.
