Google and Indian start-ups debate in-app charges

Ghana’s Minister of Communications, Samuel Nartey George, has revealed plans to establish an interministerial committee aimed at addressing the high cost of data in Ghana.

The Kenyan government is inviting suppliers and service providers to support a major fibre broadband rollout, part of a World Bank-funded initiative aimed at improving connectivity between Kenya, Ethiopia, and Somalia.
