The Airbus A330-800 is among the world’s rarest commercial aircraft in service. Only eight have been made. While Airbus has one aircraft, three carriers fly just seven examples: Air Greenland (one aircraft), Kuwait Airways (four), and Uganda Airlines (two). In late 2024, Garuda Indonesia canceled its original order for four aircraft.
