The Rockwell B-1 Lancer (now managed by Boeing) is an important part of the US Air Force Strategic bomber fleet. Designed for speed, it has since traded some of this for range and capacity amidst a changing role requirement. It is still faster than the B-52 and will likely remain an important asset until the B-21 is well in service.
