China’s COMAC Plans To Build 50 C919s This Year

Chinese aircraft manufacturer Comac plans to increase production capacity for its C919 single-aisle jets to 50 units and deliver up to 30 planes this year. Since the C919’s first commercial flight in 2023, the manufacturer has delivered 16 of them, with a backlog of over 1,000 aircraft.
