Nokia completes US$374m sale of subsea unit ASN to French govt

Nokia announced on Friday it has completed the selloff of its subsea cable unit, Alcatel Submarine Networks (ASN), to the French government in order to focus on its core network infrastructure business.

Space World Group subsidiary Constl said on Thursday it is partnering with Nokia to deploy a dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) optical transport network across India to meet demand for webscale, cloud and AI-driven traffic.
