Members of the Caribbean ELIte Alliance (CELIA) consortium have announced plans for the introduction of CELIA, described as a new high-capacity ‘express’ cable in the Caribbean region connecting Aruba, Martinique, Antigua, Puerto Rico and Boca Raton in the US.
