Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) has officially launched its three-runway system. During the inauguration ceremony, three aircraft took off and landed simultaneously. In light of the news, the airport aims to restore its status as an international hub, which it lost due to the strict COVID-19 restrictions in Hong Kong.

We didn’t get a chance to report on this news as it was happening but some of you MAY be aware of the coffee drama that took place with British Airways and its employees earlier in September. The oneworld alliance member had introduced a policy instructing employees to only drink water “discreetly” in public while wearing their uniform – effectively banning all other beverages.
