The Watercress Line in Hampshire is inviting visitors to light up their Christmas on its colourful Steam Illuminations train, which features in its festive programme.
As announced last month, Hampshire heritage railway The Watercress Line has this year added singing Christmas trees and a magical ‘Snowlight Cascade’ to its annual festive Steam Illuminations.
The Watercress Line – Hampshire’s only standard gauge heritage railway – hosted a meeting the Southern Six group of heritage railways on Wednesday 10 April.
The Watercress Line is looking for stories about the women who built Merchant Navy Class 35005 Canadian Pacific at Eastleigh in 1941.
