Lets face it. Oman Air is a heavily loss-making carrier. It knows this, and the world knows it. This is certainly not lost on the flag carriers new CEO, Con Korfiatis, who only joined it in May 2024 after stints at airlines worldwide, most recently at Saudi Arabias flyadeal. Korfiatis faces a mammoth task in changing Oman Air’s fortunes.
