Asia-Pacific airlines are performing excellently this year, and collectively, they are around 36% ahead of international traffic compared to the same time last year. Between January and August, the region’s airlines carried 240 million passengers, and with the busy end-of-year and Lunar New Year festivities approaching, they will finish the year on a high.

Delta Air Lines will soon end flights on its highest-capacity equipment: the 339-seat Airbus A350. These airframes have 30 business class seats (2-2-2), along with 63 with extra legroom seats (3-3-3). And then there are 246 seats in the main cabin (also 3-3-3). Only its ex-LATAM aircraft had this configuration.
