Airtel launches network-based anti-spam solution powered by AI

Philippine telco Globe Telecom announced on Monday that it’s collaborating with Nokia to expose its network APIs to provide banks and other enterprises with enhanced security.

Indonesian operator Telkomsel says it is trialing facial recognition to facilitate its processes for prepaid card registration and card replacement, making it the second telco in the country to embrace the biometric technology.
