Brazil unfreezes X, Starlink accounts after US$3m transfer

Telecom Namibia (TN) the state-owned telecommunications operator, has taken what it describes as a proactive step to align with regulatory requirements by deactivating 191,598 unregistered prepaid subscriber identity module (SIM) cards.

The Vietnamese government has reportedly signed a new decree that, among other things, promises to make it easier for telecoms players, data centre operators and cloud providers to get the necessary approvals to set up operations in Vietnam.
