Shortly after the 1947 Roswell New Mexico saucer crash, the C.I.A. and the U.S. Air Force were created. In 1969, the Air Force Blue Book Project concluded U.F.O.’s were not a national security risk. On May 8, 2001, The Disclosure Movement held a press conference at the National Press Club.
