US Judge Reopens $6.5 Million Case Against Reno Controllers For 2016 Fatal Crash

The case of the 2016 crash of a private plane in Nevada has now been reopened following 2022s judgment that concluded it was a pilot error that led to the crash. The families of the two people who lost their lives in the crash are seeking more than $6 million in damages from the Federal Aviation Administration.
