Tunisia asks operators to deactivate unidentified SIM cards

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Tuesday issued its recommendations for auctioning off millimetre wave (mmWave) spectrum for 5G services at a relatively lower price than previous auctions.

India’s Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has reportedly pushed back its next spectrum auction from May 20 to June 6 so that it can take place after the country’s general elections.

Last week’s agreement between Togo and Burkina Faso to end roaming charges for incoming calls comes into effect at the end of this month. But is it really part of a growing wave of roaming initiatives across West Africa?
