The Rockwell B-1 Lancer is one of three strategic bombers, besides the B-2 Spirit and the B-52 Stratofortress, used by the United States Air Force (USAF). Capable of carrying the heaviest payload of any USAF bomber (75,000 lbs, 34,000 kg), the aircraft took to the skies for the first time in 1974.

Here’s an odd story for you: A Lufthansa passenger was left feeling confused after their flights from Lisbon to Finland via Frankfurt were retimed. Given the flight timings were altered, the passenger was also offered the option of free rebooking, as is standard.
