Hanoi Metro Line 3 starts passenger service

The new elevated section of Metro Line 3 in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has entered revenue service.

Branch Line Society announce another Alstom Depot Dash

The Branch Line Society are to run a special charter train visiting Longsight, Oxley and Edge Hill depots

On Thursday, 29th January, Alstom collaborated with German train operator Deutsche Bahn to demonstrate the remote operation of a commuter train.

Alstom has secured a contract to supply fifteen additional metros fitted with an on-board signalling and automated control system to Lille in France.
