Delta Connection CRJ900 Returns To Toronto Following Electrical Fire In Cockpit

A Delta Connection flight had to make an emergency landing in Toronto following an electrical fire in the cockpit. The flight crew donned oxygen masks after a windshield electrical heater control unit started emitting flames and sparks.
