AIS to deploy Oracle Alloy for hyperscale cloud service

Thai telco Advanced Info Service (AIS) says it will deploy Oracle Alloy in its data centres to launch what it claims will be Thailand’s first locally owned and operated hyperscale cloud service.

Robi Axiata’s digital services subsidiary Axentec announced on Tuesday it has launched what it says is the first Tier-IV cloud platform fully hosted and operated in Bangladesh that promises data sovereignty for local enterprises.
