Today, Airbus reported its consolidated financial results for the quarter that ended March 31, 20204 (Q1 2024), which showed increases in revenue and profit and a more than healthy order book, with a backlog of 8,626 aircraft, compared to 7,254 at the same time last year. Orders for commercial aircraft and helicopters were up significantly, although the Defence and Space business saw a decline in order intake value.
