Tasek Cement launches 840-tonne rail freight service from Ipoh to Johor

The wagons were transported to the port of Świnoujście and shipped by ferry to Ystad.

The working visit was intended to improve coordination with regional and Chinese partners on international freight movements, as ASEAN–China rail freight volumes depend on multiple national networks and interfaces rather than a single operator.

The projects, completed during the year, created more than 1,200 jobs across industrial, agricultural and consumer sectors.
