Union Pacific Corporation today reported 2023 fourth quarter net income of $1.7 billion, or $2.71 per diluted share. This compares to 2022 fourth quarter net income of $1.6 billion, or $2.67 per diluted share.
The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.30 per share on the company’s common stock, payable Dec. 28, 2023, to shareholders of record Dec. 8, 2023.
