Two schools of thought. This is art and we should roll with the pageantry and accept that art is an expression at a period in time or was this a designed running down of Christianity?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Either way it is sure to be talked about for a long time to come. Much has been said about this performance on social media, whether it be the deliberate wardrobe malfunction during a performance<\/a> or the attempt to recreate the last supper of Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n

Below are just some of the comments furnished today as feedback on the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will NOT watch the Olympic Games whilst ever this vile parody of Jesus\u2019s Last Supper is deemed acceptable by the organisers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a flagrant attack on the whole of Christianity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Utterly disgusting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you imagine gathering your kids together to watch and that crap comes on?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should be a family friendly event showcasing athletes from around the world. Not a sick sexualised show by a group of men pretending to be women. Trans women ARE men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We won\u2019t be watching it either except perhaps some highlights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s outrageous beyond belief what the organizers have done. But then, I guess they know that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art is subjective in many ways and we are sure to see just how subjectively viewed this performance was over the coming days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
