Former NSW premier Gladys Berejiklian has lost her court bid to overturn damning findings made against her by the state\u2019s corruption watchdog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a decision on Friday<\/a>, a 2-1 majority of the NSW Court of Appeal dismissed her application for judicial review of the Independent Commission Against Corruption\u2019s findings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, if this happened with a federal minister @AlboMP<\/a>\u2019s weak and secretive NACC would likely keep it all under wraps and this is the emerging problem, the NACC appears to be a arms length and properly independent body but it is not and is designed to fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
