The service will operate four times a week and offers fixed slots at deep-sea terminals in Rotterdam.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span id=\"more-49884\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Terminals served by the shuttle train in the port of Rotterdam include RWG, ECT Rotterdam and APM2.<br \/>\nAccording to TMA Logistics, the service offers a circumvention of traffic congestion on the busy A4 highway by moving freight off-road. The company also stresses sustainability as an advantage of the newly offered service.<\/p>\n<p>TMA is a major inland shipping company in the Netherlands. Subsequently, the train shuttle will be integrated with TMA\u2019s other logistics services in order to offer multimodal transportation options.
