He earned a master\u2019s degree in business management from the Riga Business School. With over a decade of experience, he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>\u0122irts R\u016bda\u2019s addition to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/\">RB Rail AS<\/a> board completes the composition, including Chairman Sandor Liive, Arenijus Jackus, Arnis K\u0101kulis, Keit Kasemets, and Romas \u0160vedas.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/\">RB Rail AS<\/a> board comprises six members elected for a three-year term. Each shareholder \u2013 Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania \u2013 proposes two candidates, subject to approval by the shareholders\u2019 meeting.
