Antarctic missions are challenging at best, but flying there at night in the depth of winter is something air forces try to avoid. <a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/new-zealand\/\">New Zealand<\/a> has five <a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/c-130\/\">C-130H Hercules<\/a> aircraft operated by No. 40 Squadron.
