with a teenage cyclist, leaving him seriously injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ryan Meuleman&#8217;s father Peter Meuleman is stumped as to why Daniel Andrews does not want to comply with the order and said &#8220;He just received an Order of Australia and yet he&#8217;s doing this.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daniel Andrews in a statement to police said &#8220;I want to make it clear the cyclist hit our vehicle.&#8221; &#8220;My wife stopped the car immediately and provided assistance and comfort to the cyclist.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I immediately proceeded a few metres away to the corner of Melbourne Road calling 000 and protecting against any car driving directly into the accident
