This came soon after <a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/ukrainian-missile-strike-crimea-takes-out-2-russian-mig-31-fighter-jets-damages-3-su-27\/\">Ukraine attacked the Russian airbase at Belbek<\/a>, destroying or damaging several aircraft. Nothing changes a military organization faster than being shot at. As Ukraine develops (and receives) ever more means to strike Russian air bases far behind the frontline, <a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/russia\/\">Russia<\/a> appears to be (finally) building shelters to protect its vulnerable jets.
