<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\nQTS and Network Rail carried out a range of internal and external repairs. The team replaced damaged internal fire doors, repaired and repainted external windows, and replaced downpipes and facades. They also cut the grass and trimmed the hedges to tidy up the outdoor spaces.<\/p>\n
QTS also created a dedicated green space where the caf\u00e9 and residents can grow their own fruit and vegetables. The team planted a selection of fruit trees and built planters for future crops.<\/p>\n
Stephen Nutley, operations director at QTS Group, said: “At QTS, we are passionate about making a positive difference in the communities where we work.<\/p>\n
“We hope these enhancements will provide lasting value for the families, young people and local residents who rely on the centre, and we are delighted to have played a part in creating a safer, more welcoming environment for all.”<\/p>\n
