The Healesville railway line<\/a><\/strong>, in Melbourne, Australia, was the non-electrified continuation of the suburban Lilydale line<\/a>, extending into the Yarra Valley<\/a>. The line closed in the 1980s, but a heritage railway<\/a> group, the Yarra Valley Railway, is working to retain part of the line between Yarra Glen<\/a> and Healesville<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel with the train driver as we travel from Healesville station to the Tunnel on the Yarra Valley Tourist railway. This is as far as the train can travel at the moment as the track further on is undergoing a major rebuild.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
