Billboard Chris’s first hearing before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal is at 4pm AEST on May 23 (today). To attend via Teams, you’ll need to email the Tribunal and ask to attend 2024\/2583 Elston and eSafety Commissioner. Send your request to:\u00a0Melbourne.Registry@aat.gov.au\u00a0<\/a>

This hearing will be setting directions for this case and we imagine there will be some lively discussion.

For example, we are probably not going to be so supportive of her staff being anonymous…eSafety has engaged in some eSnooping\u00a0– find out what she knows about you!<\/u><\/strong>

The eSafety Commissioner has been\u00a0using social listening software<\/a>\u00a0to spy on her critics. We think this is an anti-democratic abuse of her powers. To fight back, we’ve created an online tool that allows you to quickly file a Freedom of Information request to see what information eSafety has been collecting about you.
