United Airlines recently grounded its entire fleet of Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft at the request of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This initial request to ground the fleet by the FAA came just days after an <a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/alaska-airlines-boeing-737-without-emergency-exit\/\">Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 9 experienced a rapid decompression<\/a> after its emergency exit door plug was blown out during the flight.
