Rail infrastructure specialist Pandrol<\/a> has announced the sale of its Hudiksvall facility in Sweden to former owner, the Rosenqvist Group<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The current technical director Jacob Landstr\u00f6m will assume the role as Managing Director. The business will continue to operate as Pandrol AB<\/a> during a transition period and then reclaim its original name Rosenqvist Rail.<\/a><\/p>\n

As part of the deal, Pandrol<\/a> will become the exclusive distributor of Rosenqvist Rail<\/a> equipment for certain markets, i.e. UK, Ireland, France, Australia, with an ambition to expand business in many other markets as they continue to forge a strong technological partnership. The commercial agreement signed with Rosenqvist Group<\/a> will also allow Pandrol<\/a> to maintain its level of service with an end-to-end solution for its customers.<\/p>\n
