Trains will leave Germany on Monday 22 June with a frequency of three times a week.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span id=\"more-71516\"><\/span>The first journey in the Barcelona-Duisburg direction will be two days later, on Wednesday 24 June. \u201cThe strategic role of the Terminal Barcelona Combiconnect will ensure greater capacity, operational flexibility, and efficient gateway connections across Europe\u201d, Hupac said.<\/p>\n<p>The Combiconnect terminal, located north of Barcelona in La Llagosta, was recently upgraded for 80 million euros, with the first trains from Antwerp arriving in January. Now, it can accommodate traffic in standard gauge, enabling trains to seamlessly reach France and thus the rest of Europe.
