Xavier Sarrat has been appointed Chief Procurement Officer for\u00a0Pandrol<\/a>, replacing Olivier\u00a0Jullien\u00a0who has taken\u00a0on a new strategic role.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0master of\u00a0both\u00a0the French National Business School for Higher Education in Management (HEC) and National School for Higher Education in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering\u00a0(ENSAM),\u00a0Xavier will report directly\u00a0to CEO of\u00a0Pandrol, Nicolas\u00a0Groult.<\/p>\n

Previously\u00a0Associate VP, Global Procurement in Singapore for Agilent Technology,\u00a0Xavier\u00a0will be based in Colombes, taking up this new role and replacing\u00a0Olivier from January 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nicolas Groult said: \u201cOlivier has accepted to take a specific assignment to support one of the \u2018Success Drivers\u2019 of our strategy\u00a0\u2018Pandrol\u00a0on-track 2028\u2019 to\u00a0Improve footprint performanceand will continue to report to me.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter seven years as Chief Procurement Officer, Olivier will bring significant experience and knowledge to further enhance\u00a0Pandrol\u2019s\u00a0industrial footprint and supply chain.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cXavier will also bring us his experience as former Brakes & Safety Group Sourcing Director and\u00a0from his role as\u00a0China Division Purchasing Director for Wabtec.<\/p>\n
