Our vendor has recommended a firmware upgrade and reboot as the initial remediation step.<\/p>\n<p>A replacement unit has already been sourced and is en-route in Singapore should the issue persist following this maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Transit customers without diversity terminating on this device in Singapore will experience a service interruption of up to 10 minutes during the reboot and upgrade process.
