Customers with diverse connectivity will be contacted directly in the near future to arrange a further maintenance window to migrate their secondary ports to the replacement unit once it has arrived.<\/p>\n

Scheduled<\/strong> – We will be performing emergency maintenance within the next 72 hours, scheduled outside of local peak hours between 04:00 and 05:00, on a core router in Singapore after identifying a potential hardware fault. Our vendor has recommended a firmware upgrade and reboot as the initial remediation step.<\/p>\n

A replacement unit has already been sourced and is en-route in Singapore should the issue persist following this maintenance.<\/p>\n

Transit customers without diversity terminating on this device in Singapore will experience a service interruption of up to 10 minutes during the reboot and upgrade process. Affected customers will be contacted directly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
