While these companies have shared common ownership and operated in close alignment for several years, the launch of Waynova Group creates a single, international platform that strengthens product depth, integration and supports long-term investment in digital rail innovation.

For Raspberry Software’s rail industry customers, this represents continuity combined with enhanced capability. The company remains fully focused on supporting train operating companies (TOCs) with its established revenue protection software and back-office services for penalty fares and appeals processing. As part of Waynova Group, Raspberry now benefits from the scale and wider specialist expertise of a broader rail technology platform serving operators, infrastructure managers and maintenance organisations worldwide.

Peter Jarvis, Raspberry Software.

Under Waynova Group, Raspberry Software continues as a specialist provider of revenue protection software and back-office services.
