According to reporting by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airforcetimes.com\/news\/your-air-force\/2024\/05\/06\/f-22-raptor-involved-in-mishap-during-georgia-training-exercise\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" >Air Force Times<\/a>, the incident was called a &#8220;mishap&#8221; by the commander of the Air Dominance Center. It is unclear if the incident took place on the ground or was an in-flight emergency.
