According to the Bernanillo County Sheriff\u2019s Office, William Neil McCasland, 68, was last seen in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Friday around 11 a.m. local time. The department issued a Silver Alert for McCasland, a system often used for people with medical issues. McCasland started his career in the Air Force in 1979 with stops at the Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico and was a commander at a research laboratory at the Wright-Patterson Air Force base in Ohio prior to his retirement in 2013<\/p>\n
