I bought a 2 bedroom apartment for over a mill about 45 minutes away from the CBD. Is that really liveable for most people?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It includes like access to healthcare, education, water, etc. Housing is one of the major reasons why Melbourne is lower now, we used to be 1..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It takes two hours to get to work in Sydney.
