F\u00f6rst headed the company for ten years.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span id=\"more-68045\"><\/span>The outgoing CEO says that his departure from the company is a \u201cconscious, jointly agreed decision\u201d, and points out that a decade as CEO is a natural mandate limit \u201cfrom a good governance perspective\u201d. F\u00f6rst points out that leaving the company is in line with a change in policy at RCG.
