This appointment marks a significant step in strengthening RSSB\u2019s executive team as it continues to support the rail industry in delivering a safer, more efficient, and sustainable railway.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Phillips, RSSB chief executive, said: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to welcome Joshua into the role of Chief Operating Officer.
