margin:0 0 10px 10px;\"><figcaption>Image: myphotobank.com.au\/stock.adobe.com<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Industrial action on the Adelaide passenger rail network has been suspended after Keolis Downer Adelaide (KDA) tabled a revised offer on pay and conditions in negotiations.<\/strong><span id=\"more-116078\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtbu.org.au\/\">Rail, Tram and Bus Union<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.railexpress.com.au\/rtbu-seeks-to-improve-level-crossing-safety\/\">RTBU<\/a>) SA\/NT Branch Secretary Darren Phillips said the revised offer would now be put to members for their consideration.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s taken a long time, but we\u2019ve got to the point where we have a draft Enterprise Agreement that can be put to Adelaide Metro workers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe breakthrough came after RTBU members stood united and took a number of industrial actions -including overtime bans and stopping work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKDA management could see that workers were serious in their demands for better pay.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWorkers will now get an opportunity to vote for or against the proposed Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll industrial action will be suspended until the outcome of the ballot is known \u2013 so there will not be any interruption to services for the Showdown between Port Adelaide and the Crows next Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe thank all South Australians for their support and patience during these difficult negotiations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Phillips said key elements of the offer tabled today included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A two-year deal &#8211;
