That&#8217;s the case with <a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/south-african-airways\">South African Airways<\/a>, which has resumed Johannesburg-Perth service. Flights use the <a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/airbus-a340-300\">Airbus A340-300<\/a>, which is far from the obvious choice, economically speaking, compared to the airline&#8217;s A330-300s. SAA last served Australia in March 2020.
