The airplane, which was traveling to <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\" data-id=\"23520\"style=\";  ;\" class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/jamaica\/\"  >Jamaica<\/a><\/span> loaded with hurricane relief supplies. The crash occurred just before 10:20, in the Windsor Bay community.
