Her educational background includes a Ph.D. from<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imperial.ac.uk\/\"> Imperial College London<\/a> and an MBA from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aud.edu\/\">American University in Dubai.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith Dalya Al Muthanna on board, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alstom.com\/\">Alstom<\/a> is poised to elevate and further localise its presence in the Middle East\u2019s dynamic mobility sector.
