Optus technicians are onsite working to restore services as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe apologise to impacted customers and will continue to provide regular updates.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company said that more than 34,000 services may be affected by the disruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optus has confirmed an ongoing outage in the Hunter Valley region which has affected mobile voice and data services, and may affect triple-zero connectivity.
