QTS Group, one of the UK\u2019s leading rail infrastructure contractors, has been awarded the Investors in Diversity Silver Award by the National Centre for Diversity.   <\/p>\n

The accolade recognises the firm\u2019s ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace.  <\/p>\n

Successful recognition followed a comprehensive review of the company\u2019s policies, practices, and culture, with the contractor required to demonstrate significant progress in embedding equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) at every level.  <\/p>\n

The achievement follows an 18-month journey, which saw QTS Group engage with its employees across the business to identify areas for improvement.   <\/p>\n

This included implementing training and awareness initiatives and introducing new processes that promote respect and equal opportunities. <\/p>\n

The accreditation reflects QTS Group\u2019s broader ambition to foster a culture built on respect, representation, and equal opportunity \u2013 not just for its employees, but for the entire rail sector.  <\/p>\n

It also aligns with the company\u2019s sustainability and people strategies, which prioritise wellbeing, learning and development, and community engagement.  <\/p>\n

QTS Group is now pushing forward with its plans to achieve the Gold Award, which forms part of its long-term EDI roadmap.  <\/p>\n
